In this very beautiful short movie, filmed in the Hague, the international city of peace and justice, Kavien presents the Nishtiman Youth Network. Kavien explains about his work as the network‘s European representative. The video is recorded in 2017 in front of Leiden University College and the Dutch Parliament building. The next video is the speech Kavien gave at the American University of Kurdistan in Duhok for the third annual Lalish Conference on Peace and Coexistence. Kavien was the moderator of panel II on “Self-determination, conflict resolution and Coexistence.” The panel discussed the effects that Kurdistan’s independence might have on women in the region
